Sunbridge began its human resources business in 2001, with the idea of providing a customer service initially targeting China and expanding into the world’s major oil and gas companies’ projects by providing first-class engineering and technical personnel on an as needed basis. This allowed the company to pinpoint its needs and fill those needs with highly qualified experienced personnel.
Oil and gas business has continued to evolve from only a one company venture to being multinational joint venture companies. As the management structure of these projects becomes more complex the human resources supplied must become more diversified and talented to manage these complex projects. Sunbridge has a proven record of identifying the needs of these projects and being able to identify the right people at the right time to place into these projects to immediately provide the necessary technical and management skills needed to support the project and needs of the joint venture.
